Is this story good and adventurous?

It's a really good story! The concept of a time warp seemed confusing, but the small (but abrupt) twist at the end clears things up. It's good that the protagonist can discover something that allows him to change as a person. However, to me it wasn't too adventurous. The description and the speed at which events were happening made it seem as though it was a recount, or a biography of the grandfather's life. The spelling, grammar and punctuations seems correct, to me anyways. It's a really good effort, and I hope this review helps somehow.
