Is CeraVe any good for dry skin?

I'm having a problem with dry, flaky, and oily skin, and I've researched a lot. Many have said that CeraVe is a good moisturizer that helps get rid of bad skin. Do you guys think it's any good? If not, what product would you recommend? Also, If I were to get CeraVe, which products would I pick up? I was thinking just the PM Moisturizer, Hydrating Cleanse, and the Moisturizing Cream. Are these any good, and could I pick them up at say Wal-Mart?
