Period trouble, rash!?

right so ive been on my period a week and a half (very irregular) and i have red itchy, sore spots on my vagina and partly on my bum.im getting a rash from my pads. ive tried diffrent sorts of pads but nothing works is there any cream that will soothe it or will vasaline work?? i appreciate the answers thank you x
