Whose actions were worse: Andy Gray's or Ron Atkinson's?

Both are as bad however Andy Gray as been lucky as he is well known for his rather lewd and and loud behaviour towards woman.Ron Atkinson is himself no racist though,his remarks were fact about what was said about some black players in the football world but he happened to repeat it on TV.
