Why cant i register as a avon rep. i have my account number but apparently its incorrect!?

i called avon today and was given the account number. i tried to register it online to get started as i have to put my first orders in tomorrow, but it keeps saying email address incorrect.... definately not and also account number incorrect! definately not.... someone help please
