I lost trust and hurt my friends accidentally. I feel horrible. Please help?

Are you sure you are performing astral travel? There is no danger to you, your friends, your mom or anyone else. Astral Travel is about connecting with your inner self, finding peace and embarking on a directed journey in your consciousness to learn more about yourself, your spiritual existence and those around you and the realm you live in. It has little to nothing to do with religion, the occult or anything else so your mother has no reason to be afraid. It has nothing to do with dark clothes, amulets or anything that might be perceived as teenage rebellion. It's true that Astral Travel can happen when you are dreaming but for the vast majority of practitioners it's a directed experience that they are in control of.
